Whitewater Adventures

I was responsible to design the whole gamification in two weeks. I then iteratively coded the game in Unity3D. Implemented the art made by the other intern in Blender. Developed back-end system to track user's progress and installed database and data communication systems in NodeJS and Cloudant. Designed front-end systems such as leader-board and achievements in Unity3D to strengthen competition among players. 

Whitewater Adventures is the gamification of the already existing learning platform Whitewater deployed in IBM's most popular PaaS. The gamification principles are based on improvements of a previous IBM gamification, in order to increase the user retention. The demo was presented to the CIO of IBM and several other managers at the Somers IBM CIO Internship 2015 Event.
